Its almost $600 to get the license, how much is it to renew it every year?

Renewing is a lot easier. Its $200 for the doctors and $150 for the Health Dep. so total is $350.

Hey Pierre - I got my renewal packet in the mail...do I just call Reyna for another appointment, or is there a different process for renewal?

I'm having SERIOUS problems renewing by mail! I sent my paperwork and $ order the first week of June. The money order was cashed on the 9th [surprise!] but my paperwork was LOST. We faxed over the replacement paperwork last Friday the 18th, called today to check up on it and ur mom had no idea what I was on about...
Frankly, what the cornhole is going on over there? Help!!! Please!!!

Bear in mind, I understand being overwhelmed. Spoke to Reyna 2day and she's more on top of it than I thot.
You can renew by mail. Recommendation: send that puppy by certified mail. call Reyna for details. Be sure you include copies of last year's physician's notes and a copy of ur pix ID.
